I’m Ava Bleavins, a casting and talent operations professional with a long history in theatre. I grew up performing and spent years involved in school productions, eventually helping with casting while I was in high school. Those early experiences shaped how I understand talent, collaboration, and the rhythm of a good audition room. In college, I supported casting workflows at Indiana University Theatre and Constellation Stage & Screen, organizing materials, coordinating schedules, and assisting directors throughout auditions and callbacks. I’m detail oriented, steady under pressure, and comfortable keeping fast‑moving creative environments organized and on track. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management through the O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs, paired with an individualized minor in Casting and Film. That combination gives me a strong foundation in talent, communication, and confidentiality, and my background in talent acquisition helps me understand performers quickly and support teams effectively. I am excited to begin developing my career in Los Angeles and to bring a reliable, thoughtful, and people-focused approach to casting teams across film and television.
